Jeffrey Lowe

Max is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Asian Sky Group. He has over two decades of experience in a variety of areas including business and general aviation, offshore oil and gas, logistics, international shipping and corporate finance. Max has been involved in the Asia-Pacific aviation sector since 2005.

He previously oversaw helicopter marketing, leasing and joint venture activity in the Asia Pacific region for helicopter operator, Era Helicopters until 2013. He is currently a Board Member of Avion Pacific, a Shenzhen based mainland Chinese general aviation sales and support business. In addition, he is the Managing Director of SEACOR Capital (Asia), an investment subsidiary of SEACOR Holdings Inc. (NYSE: “CKH”), and from 2009 to 2013 worked closely with Era Helicopters (NYSE: ERA) overseeing its expansion in Greater China and the Asia-Pacific.

Nadav Kessler

Nadav has over seven years of experience in business and general aviation for both rotary and fixed-wing operations throughout the Asia Pacific region. He is an Industrial Engineering & Business Management graduate and has lived in Asia since 2010. Nadav previously spent almost a decade in the military, with extensive experience in rotary operations. He has been with Asian Sky Group since its foundation and now leads the company's helicopter sales and rotary operations consultancy division.

Dennis Lau

Dennis has worked in aviation consulting for more than 15 years and joined Ascend in the UK in 2004, and is currently based in Hong Kong. Dennis specialises in the general aviation sector, with focus on both business jet and helicopter markets. He has worked with numerous OEMs, operators, airports, leasing companies and aviation authorities in advisory projects, market studies and asset appraisals. Dennis is also a regular speaker at conferences throughout Asia. Educated in the UK, Dennis holds Masters degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Aviation Management.

Nigel Leishman

Nigel Leishman is Executive Vice President based at LCI’s Singapore representative office, Singapore Commercial Leasing, where he is responsible for developing commercial opportunities in the Asia Pacific region.

Born in Scotland, Nigel has been involved in commercial aviation for over 20 years including several management roles providing broad experience in all aspects of the air transport business. He joined LCI in April 2008 from aircraft leasing company AWAS where he was Vice President Sales based in Singapore. During his seven years with AWAS he concluded many transactions throughout Asia including China. Prior to joining AWAS, he was Customer Marketing Director for Airbus for six years, based in Toulouse and latterly Sydney. In this role he was instrumental in several new aircraft deals in Europe and Asia-Pacific region. Earlier in his career he also worked with DHLWorldwide Express in the Middle East and airline Air Europe based in London-Gatwick. Nigel holds a Master’s degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, where he graduated top of his class, and previously studied at Edinburgh University and the University of Pennsylvania.

Philip Stransky

Mr. Stransky has seven years of global upstream oil and gas experience ultimately focused on business development and contract negotiation. Prior to joining Waypoint, Philip was the Asia Area Manager for SEACOR Marine. While in Singapore, he led growth strategy and business development for the Asian and Oceania regions. Prior to this, Philip worked for SEACOR Marine in Mexico, Europe, the US and Africa. Philip is a graduate of Connecticut College and has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management as a Sloan Fellow. He is fluent in French and conversational in Spanish.

Ty Corley

Ty Corley is a helicopter Technical Advisor at Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI). He is based at JSSI’s European headquarters in Farnborough, UK, and provides technical and logistics assistance to a diverse fleet of JSSI Helicopter Services clients around the world, specifically for helicopter airframe and engine maintenance requirements. Mr. Corley has more than 30 years of aviation experience, including engineering, maintenance and design. Prior to joining JSSI, he was a helicopter technician in the British Army for 13 years and a civil licensed engineer for a further 20 years, including working on multiple types of civil commercially operated helicopters and management of civil helicopter maintenance facilities. Mr. Corley holds numerous helicopter type ratings and has extensive experience of routine maintenance, major overhauls and repairs for a wide range of makes and models of army and civilian helicopters. He is on the board of the British Helicopter Association.

David Sale

David Sale is the Managing Director for Bell currently living in Singapore and is responsible for all Commercial Bell Sales in the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to this position, David was the Managing Director with Bell Helicopter for the Middle East where he has been successful in leading a team in capturing aircraft sales throughout the Middle East and Africa.

Outside of Textron, David was the Director of Sales at Bombardier Aerospace with their Specialized and Amphibious Division and also spent 12 years with the Boeing Company where he led the Capture Team for the US Army Apache Program. He also has experience in Industrial Participation/ Offset and Procurement.

David’s military experience includes more than 20 years in the Aviation Branch where he flew the OH-58 Kiowa, the AH-64A Apache and the CH-47D Chinook. He served in Iraq and Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom and recently retired.

David attended Auburn University where he received his BA in International Business and commissioned as an officer in the United States Army.

Derek Cheng

Derek Cheng is the Head of Asia-Pacific, Urban Air Mobility (UAM), and is responsible for leading all Commercial, Business development and Partnership activities for Airbus UAM in the Asia-Pacific region. Derek joined Airbus in 2016, and has held various positions in Airbus’ Strategy & International organization at Airbus HQ in Toulouse, including in International Development, and New Business strategy. Prior to joining Airbus, he was with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) for 7 years. At his last appointment, he was EDB’s Regional Director for Europe, based in Frankfurt, Germany. Derek flew as a pilot in the Air Force, and has a Private Pilot’s License. He graduated from the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, and was trained as an aerospace engineer in Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He speaks English, Mandarin and German.

Denon Prawiraatnadja

Denon Prawiraatmadja has been the President and CEO of Indonesia-based helicopter operator Whitesky Aviation since 2010. Whitesky Aviation, also known as Helicity, offers helicopter service from Jakarta to West Java’s Badung and will support the growing tourist sector in the country. The operation was initiated to improve connectivity in the congested cities.

Denon was born is a native of Indonesia and currently serves as Commissioner of PT Inoveit Mitra Utama, Chairman of Non-Scheduled Flights for the Indonesia National Air Carriers Association and Vice Chairman of the Air Transportation in Indonesia Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree and has multiple advanced certificates in aviation.

Lionel Sinai

Lionel recently founded Ascent, a startup backed by venture builder & capital firm Re.A.Pra, to develop Urban Air Mobility starting in Southeast Asia. Prior to this, he advised Re.A.Pra. He contributed to the growth of Airbus helicopters division, in the Southeast Asia-Pacific region and in Latin America for 14 years, leading sales, marketing, and support activities. Lionel most recently graduated from the Executive MBA program in INSEAD.

Nadav Kessler

Artem Fetisov

Mr. Fetisov is the Head of Sales for Russian Helicopter’s civil product range (including Kamov Ka-226, Ka-32, Ka-62, Ansat, Mil Mi-8/17, Mi-38 and Mi-26) in international and domestic Russian markets. Prior to joining Russian Helicopters in November 2018, Mr. Fetisov was the Commercial Director of Airbus Helicopters Vostok (AH subsidiary in charge for Russia and CIS markets) for 12 years.

Michael York

Michael York is based on Dubai and is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving commercial development in Africa, Middle East & Asia for the Milestone Aviation Group. In this role, Michael has pioneered Helicopter leasing in the Middle East and greatly expanded Milestone’s market share in India.

Michael’s career includes military, aviation, entrepreneurial & commercial leadership roles in Australia and Internationally. Michael served as a military Helicopter pilot and Fighter pilot, flying and instructing on the F/A-18 Hornet. Michael subsequently founded a successful property development business, and then was head of Asia Pacific for a consulting company serving Oil & Gas industry clients. Michael graduated as a military officer with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Australian Defence Force Academy and is currently studying an MBA with the University of Newcastle.

Zhao Yan

Benjamin R. Lopez

Mr. Benjamin R. Lopez was appointed as INAEC president in 2006. He is concurrently vice president of First Philippine Corporation (FPH), a publicly listed company. He was seconded to FPH’s property development subsidiary, Rockwell Land Corporation, from 1993 to 2003, where he held various man-agement positions. He is a member of the board of directors of First Balfour, Inc. and various sub-sidiaries of the FPH group. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs concentration in economics from the George Washington University, Washington D.C. (1992) and an Executive Mas-ters in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management (2001).

Mohsein Ma’som has been the Chief Executive Officer of MHS Aviation Berhad since 2017. He has been with the company since 2009, as the Technical Services Superintendent and later Executive Director. Prior to joining MHS, he has interned with PricewaterhouseCoopers and CIMB-Principal Asset Management. Born in Kuala Lumpur, he has had an interest in aviation since young, graduating from Imperial College London with a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering in 2009. He is an Associate of the City and Guilds of London Institute as well as a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and holds a Private Pilot’s Licence.

Thierry Tea

Thierry Tea was born in Paris, France in 1981.

He attended Novancia Business School and received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business. Further on he continued his studies at INSEEC where he completed a master's degree in International Business Management.

Thierry started his career at AIRBUS helicopter as an intern. He then was put in charge of AIRBUS helicopter in the Philippines, formerly called Eurocopters. He became then the President and CEO of the subsidiary and became the youngest CEO of the group worldwide. He then continued his career by becoming CEO of the whole Airbus Group in the Philippines for 3 years. After acquiring market experience, he decided to open his own business around South-East Asia by founding first Starline Global Industries. From this, he created multiple companies around Cambodia, Singapore, Myanmar and the Philippines including PhilJets in 2013.

Thanks to his knowledge of the international market and his skills acquired through the management of his companies, Thierry helps the Philippines aviation to grow and make PhilJets one of the leaders in the dealership and chartering of aircraft.

Tisanu Ratanarat

Mr. Tisanu Ratanarat has been CEO of SFS Aviation Co., Ltd (formerly known as “Si-Chang Flying Services Co., Ltd.”) since 2011. SFS Aviation is 100% Thai-owned and is part of a group of companies owned by the Ratanarat family. Mr. Tisanu played a major role in pioneering SFS to become the first and only Thai helicopter operator to venture into Offshore Oil and Gas Helicopter Service business. And in the process, broke into the foreign monopoly that had this business in the Gulf of Thailand for 20 years. Today SFS remains the only Thai Offshore Helicopter Service provider that is approved by multi-national major oil company without any need for foreign technical partner. SFS operates a helicopter fleet of six medium helicopters and is an Authorized Service Center for AgustaWestland Helicopter covering Thailand and Myanmar.Mr. Tisanu’s previous positions in SFS include Deputy CEO, and Director of Business Development.

From 2003 to 2012, Mr. Tisanu was the Managing Director of SFC Excellence Co., Ltd. (formerly known as “The Siam Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.”), one of the largest lubricant manufacturer and trader in Thailand, and is also owned by the Ratanarat family. Today, he remains active in SFC as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Board. Mr. Tisanu joined his family group of business in year 2003 after a successful career at Trafigura, one of the world’s largest oil and metal commodity trading firms in London and Singapore from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, he worked in the Oil Price Risk Management department of the Thai national oil company, PTT. Mr. Tisanu graduated in 1996 with Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (R.P.I), Troy, New York, U.S.A.
